Description

We provide comprehensive Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Inspection Services for onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities, fully aligned with standards, international codes, and regulatory requirements.

Our services support asset integrity throughout the full lifecycle — from routine operations to shutdowns, repairs, and modifications — ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance in demanding operating environments.

Main Activities
  • Ultrasonic Testing (UT): thickness gauging, flaw detection, A/B/C-Scan, key-point monitoring

  • Advanced UT: PAUT (Phased Array) and other advanced sizing techniques (when required)

  • Radiography (RT): Gamma (Ir-192 / Se-75) and X-ray for welds and materials

  • MPI / PT: wet & dry magnetic particle + dye penetrant for surface-breaking defects

  • Eddy Current & PEC: corrosion screening and inspection in challenging areas

  • Vacuum Box Testing: leak detection (e.g., tank floors, weld seams)

  • PMI & Hardness: positive material identification and hardness verification

  • Boroscopy / Visual Inspection (VT): internal inspection for limited-access areas

  • LRUT: long-range ultrasonic testing for pipeline screening (where applicable)

  • MFL tank floor scanning: magnetic flux leakage for bottom plate assessment

  • Rope Access (IRATA): inspection support for hard-to-reach / elevated areas

Application
  • Pressure vessels, piping systems, heat exchangers, storage tanks, structures, risers, pipelines, flares, launchers/receivers, relief devices, cranes & lifting equipment, coating/weld integrity checks, and repair/modification QA/QC.

Reporting & deliverables
  • Fast preliminary results after inspection (as required) and formal reports within client timelines

  • Reports are clear, stamped/signed, and include: scope & limitations, findings, photos/sketches, thickness logs/isometrics (when needed), recommendations, and priority of actions

  • Data can be provided in formats suitable for client integrity systems/databases (e.g., RBI workflows)

People, equipment & compliance
  • Qualified inspectors/technicians (incl. ASNT-certified personnel and specialist inspectors when required)

  • Calibrated equipment, approved procedures, and strict permit-to-work + HSE compliance (including radiation controls for RT)
