Main Activities

Ultrasonic Testing (UT): thickness gauging, flaw detection, A/B/C-Scan, key-point monitoring

Advanced UT: PAUT (Phased Array) and other advanced sizing techniques (when required)

Radiography (RT): Gamma (Ir-192 / Se-75) and X-ray for welds and materials

MPI / PT: wet & dry magnetic particle + dye penetrant for surface-breaking defects

Eddy Current & PEC: corrosion screening and inspection in challenging areas

Vacuum Box Testing: leak detection (e.g., tank floors, weld seams)

PMI & Hardness: positive material identification and hardness verification

Boroscopy / Visual Inspection (VT): internal inspection for limited-access areas

LRUT: long-range ultrasonic testing for pipeline screening (where applicable)

MFL tank floor scanning: magnetic flux leakage for bottom plate assessment

Rope Access (IRATA): inspection support for hard-to-reach / elevated areas
Application

Pressure vessels, piping systems, heat exchangers, storage tanks, structures, risers, pipelines, flares, launchers/receivers, relief devices, cranes & lifting equipment, coating/weld integrity checks, and repair/modification QA/QC.
Reporting & deliverables

Fast preliminary results after inspection (as required) and formal reports within client timelines

Reports are clear, stamped/signed, and include: scope & limitations, findings, photos/sketches, thickness logs/isometrics (when needed), recommendations, and priority of actions

Data can be provided in formats suitable for client integrity systems/databases (e.g., RBI workflows)

Qualified inspectors/technicians (incl. ASNT-certified personnel and specialist inspectors when required)
