Description
The project involves the Turnaround and Inspection (T&I) services for Dragon Oil’s onshore and offshore facilities in the Cheleken Contract Area, Turkmenistan. The objective is to execute a comprehensive turnaround, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, and repair campaign for static equipment—including pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, tanks, and other related assets—to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The project scope covers preparatory activities, site execution, and post-turnaround close-out, focusing on both brownfield and greenfield units across multiple locations including the Lam and Zhdanov offshore platforms and onshore Central Processing Facility (CPF).

Planning, coordination, and execution of Turnaround and Inspection (T&I) activities

Cleaning (mechanical and chemical) and maintenance of static equipment such as pressure vessels, columns, and tanks

Internal and external inspection of equipment using qualified NDT methods

Blinding/deblinding, isolation, and hydrocarbon gas-freeing of systems

Mechanical repair, replacement, and reassembly of components

Support for lifting, rigging, scaffolding, and confined space entry operations
