ESDA is expanding its team! We are looking for a Tender Specialist who will be responsible for the full cycle of technical and commercial bid preparation for tenders in the oil & gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Review and analyze technical and commercial tender documentation

• Prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals in full compliance with tender requirements

• Coordinate, negotiate, and select sub-contractors when required

• Prepare necessary personnel and equipment documentation for project execution

• Ensure timely submission of bids and maintain high accuracy across all tender materials

Requirements

 

• Degree from a foreign university in a relevant field (engineering, business, or related disciplines preferred)

• Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken)

• Experience in tendering, contract management, or oil & gas service operations is a strong advantage

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with technical documentation
