Valves

Description

We provide mechanical valve and pressure relief valve maintenance services and testing, supporting valve integrity through preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, rectification, calibration, overhaul and recertification. Our scope covers a wide range of valves including ball, gate, globe, check, PSV / PRV, non-return, with drivers including mechanical, pneumatic and motorized actuation.

Works can be performed in-situ at site or at our valve repair & testing facility in Turkmenistan (including workshop servicing for valve sizes 4” to 26”), depending on the job requirements and testing needs.

Key Service
  • Preventive maintenance (in-service / online): visual inspection, cleaning, greasing/lubrication to ensure tightness and no leakage

  • Corrective maintenance: internal cleaning, replacement of worn parts, lapping and re-seating

  • PSV/PRV/BV/RSV: inspection, calibration, overhaul and recertification

  • Inspection & verification: ID tag check, valve type/material/size verification, mill certificate confirmation, defect/leak check

  • Final testing: leak-tight verification at seat and stem after service/overhaul

Codes & reporting
  • Valve work and testing aligned to relevant ASME/API requirements (e.g., ASME B16.34/B16.10, API 6D, API 589, API RP 621).

  • Job documentation includes JHA input, final reports for each valve, and ID tagging.

Pumps

Pumps

We provide/maintain the required pumping tools and supporting equipment to execute preventive and corrective maintenance safely, including operation during shutdown conditions when normal pressure sources may not be available.

Main Activities
  • Grease & flush pump for preventive maintenance teams (with backup as required)

  • High-pressure pumps for greasing/flushing and sealing (with hoses)

  • Manual pump / hand pump support for platform shutdown scenarios when gas/pressure source is unavailable for pneumatic pumps

  • Pressure testing with portable chart recorder — every pressure test recorded, and hard copy attached to daily report as evidence

  • Ability to provide pressure source means during shutdown (e.g., HP regulator, nitrogen bottles and/or portable compressor zone 2)
